erratic fuel gauge -Lincoln Cont '92

My fuel gauge often shows "OC" which I know means open circuit. I know there is a TSB on the issue - TSB 95-2-3 However, I cannot find any information on how to fix the problem. In addition, my oil gauge is wacky too. It will go from fine to low oil pressure in seconds although oil pump has been tested and it is OK.

Any help with the erratic fuel gauge problem would be appreciated.

Any help would be appreciated. I've already run out of gas because of this problem.

I wouold start looking for a bad ground wire and or strap, and then a loose connector and maybe some broken insulation. Probably around the top of the gas tank.
