exhaust third cat!

Hi,

I’m checking around where I can bring my car to get the exhaust done, I’ve called, and brought my car around to a few places but NO ONE WILL REMOVE MY THRID CAT I'm PISSED! I even said what if I removed it, they said, it don't matter they'll have too put the third cat back on an if not there is $2500 fine., this really sucks, I know when I take the car for the smog test all they do is the sniff test, no visual check. not sure what to do.

I would keep callin around, you are bound to find a place that does it. You may have to find a Rod shop to do it for you. Do not give up hope. :Beer

Grab a saw and hack it off yourself. Then, show up to a shop and complain your stock H-pipe was hacked-off what you went donut-hopping in a parking lot full of speedbumps, and you would like a new x-pipe put in place...

If you are ever my way, I have a guy that owns an exhaust shop and will do anything you need done to the exhaust. Cash, ofcourse.
