I own a 1990 TC and im looking at getting a 1993 Mark VIII A guy up the street from me wants 1000 for one heres what he has told me so far...
150K miles (alot for a 93 mark vii?)

He said the air struts/spring(whatever) were all new but there was a host leak in the air because it lets down real quick and now its sitting like 2 inches off the ground (which doesnt actually look all that bad lol)

there are some chipping paints spots mainly the hood but i can paint it myself...

the drivers seat has about a 2 inch by 2 inch rip in it, but other than that the interior is perfect

on the plus side the body has not one dent in it from what i saw and he says it starts right up and runs perfect...

so... from what youve heard is 1K a good price to pay for this car?

I don't think 150K is bad.. You have a min of another 100K if you take care of her.

$1K for her is great!

Air Ride has a hole somewhere I would guess. For around $400 you can change to springs and never have to worry about the air ride issues again.

If she runs smooth, tranny shifts smooth, no oil leaks.... I'd say $1K is great.

Depending upon other options you can get over $2k for her if you part her out and sell her on eBay...
