This maybe stupid and ghetto but, I was wondering if you could some how override the stock air suspension flip a switch or something and lower the back? Then with a switch or something let the air back in and raise it back up? Sorry if this is stupid but I was just curious. Thanks.

Other than that the real way, about how much would it be to bag a 91 Lincoln Towncar? For everything. I dont want hydros. Thanks again.

You looking to do this yourself? Or to take it in?

Yourself-
2-airbags w/ soleniods = $220.00
1-air compressor - $150.00
1-dryer(may not be needed) - $30.00
Total = $400.00 plus about 3-4 hours installation, not that hard to do I've heard

Dealership-
2-airbags w/ soleniods = $400.00 plus or minus
1-air compressor - $250.00
1-dryer(may not be needed) - $60.00
2-3 hours labor@ $60-$80/hour $120.00-$240.00
Total = About $1000.00

'Course you'll have to check your local dealership for accurate prices...

I have done this with my MarkVII, but do not know how the two systems relate. It is a matter of finding certain wires in the suspension computer and tapping into them. Cost me ~$40 for wire and switches.

Where did you get the stuff you needed to do it? Are you talking just a normal switch from like walmart? Thanks. :headbang:
