Factory alarm help please

I have a 2002 ls with a factory ford alarm system well maybe not factory but it is a ford and most likely instaled at the dealer due to the tie wraps holfing it in place. Anyway the problem is it has starter disable and it automaticly sets itself so every time i get in the car i have to hit the unlockk button on my keypad or it wont start which blows. I know how to disconnect the wiring so it wont do that however it will in turn not disable if i set the alarm and thats a feature i want so i need to figure out how to get it to stop auto setting. Any ideas thanks in advance.

You will have to take it to the dealership and have them reprogram it to the settings you would like if it is programmable. If you can see the brain of the alarm I would call them with the model number or post it on here. Also be sure if you do get it repgrammed to take all of the remotes with you because they will need them to change the settings for all of them.
