My amp is bad....Is there an amp or adapter kit to plug a new amp in its place without turning to rocket science. Just need some tunes.....
Thanks ahead of time....

The only plug and play is to get a used amp... the stock stereo wiring is kind of a cluster:q:q:q:q...

Being where you live, I would just change it all out and be done with it. Everything doing with the stock system is soon to be going out. Usually starts with the amp, deck, cracking speakers. Keep in mind that you have 16 year old electronics in there. Too much has changed since then and not worth buying again.

Just replace the old amp with another old but working amp if you're on a budget. If not, then just abandon the JBL stuff and run your own speaker wires (the JBL system is wired funny and won't sound right and put too much of a load on the new head unit if you use the stock wiring).
