Based on the ODBII system, what factory premium radios will work on the Gen II? I am especially interested in the Lincoln Navigation system. I am particulary interested in this on Ebay.

What does OBDII have to do with it?

That radio does not have the correct mounting for a late Gen I / Gen II. You need a radio with two holes on each side of the face like the one in your car now.

As far as wiring, you could make it work in a honda if you wanted.
