Fastener info needed 2004 Lincoln LS

I made the mistake of using an unscrupulous mobile mechanic to replace the RF upper control arm and RF lower ball joint. When I was just checking the fluids, I noticed he did not re attach the antilock brake controller or the wire harness.
Would anyone know the fastener sizes for these two components? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Well it's obviously going to be metric. M-12 x1.5 maybe???

Time for a trip to the hardware store.

Make the incompetent boob fix it.
