My wife is a stay at home mom now and we are making some life style changes in order to accommodate another family issue that recently came up so I am considering selling my 2003 Light Tundra LS V8.

It has 46k miles, Factory Navigation, Factory HID, Facory Chrome Wheels, Sun Roof, Heated/Cooled Front Seats. Plus I have a fully transferable after market warranty described below. I also have an SCT Flash II and an Autoenginuity.com USB Scantool with Ford and Nissan Enhanced Codes that I will let go with the car unless the items are sold before I sell the car.

The car is in great mechanical shape. It does have some minor damage to the front left fender and even lesser to the front left corner of the bumper. The estimated repair was $1100 but priced out new fender and LSE bumper with fog lights for under $800 unpainted.

I will likely sell the car to CARMAX within the next month or so.

I am asking for a firm $11,000. We are looking to replace the car with an inexpensive reliable grocery getter so I would consider trade of vehicle plus cash difference. We are looking to spend about $3k on our replacement vehicle.

I will post some photo's very soon.

WARRANTY INFO:

4 Years/75,000 Miles (I have owned it for nearly a year now and the warranty will be good till the odometer reaches 80K miles.)

I am headed to carmax tomorrow to sell the car but wanted to offer up the car for $9500 Firm with the warranty mentioned above. Plus the Autoenginiuty scan too and the SCT XCAL II.

Yep sorry. Tampa, Fl

I will try to get the pix up tomorrow Maybe later tonight. I have been way too busy to take or post yet.

Thanks Tricky... and it is mechanically sound as the pound and a warranty to back it all up. The only reason this is going is due to the lifestyle change my wife and I have made. She is a stay at home mom now and although our income to debt ratio is in our favor we'd much prefer to not have to worry about his note.

I would even consider driving to drop the car off is the deal is done in advance.

Some pictures

PM me if you want more photos. I will take some tomorrow during the day.

WOW 9500... what a steal. i'm trying to get rid of mine as we speak. car looks great. wish i already sold my car.

Thanks and good luck with the sale of yours.

I went by carmax today and they offered 11,900 which is definitely better than what I put it up for so am going to sell it to them. My guess is that they will fix the fender and flip it for 17k. They had another on their lot listed for 17,500 and it was the basic V6.

I bought another car through law enforcement auction which I pick up on Tuesday so I will be dropping mine off at Carmax next Saturday.

Once my daughter heads of to Elementary School and my wife back to work in about a year and a half I may buy an 06 LSV8. I have been VERY pleased with this LS which is my second one. I previously owned a 00 V6; I won't say anything about it becasue I do not have anything nice to say :)

Fender damage

where is the damage to the fenders? can you take some close up pics of it?

Thought I had posted than one it probably was too large. I have resized the pic. However, I did get a better offer from carmax than I posted online and intend to sell it to them unless it is matched.

Sadly the next owner will not get the warranty because they are not interested in it. I imagine they are hoping to resell it with their own after market warranty which is their prerogative. They did tell me that I should be able to get a prorated refund though.

Thanks for your interest in the car.

Regards,
-nmp
