Yeah the problem is they exaggerated and that's not how it works. Those things are clearly harassment. But so is saying Nice shirt, or you hair looks nice today, or what's that perfume, it smells nice.

The best thing to do at work is not talk to anyone unless there are 25 other people there as witnesses. Also note that the people you think are "cool" will be the first ones to stab you in the back.
