Finally an LS8 owner!

Hey all. My name's nelson and I just acquired a 2000 Lincoln LS 3.9L. I will have pics Saturday evening. I got tired of turning wrenches all the time on a car that still looks crappy (91 240sx sr20), so i figure i'd turn wrenches on something nice looking. I am going to the dealer to pick up the car tomorrow. I couldnt take delivery today due to a slight misfire and a/c leak, So I pick it up tomorrow. It has 128k miles and the body is in good shape; anything I should check /test/look out for before i leave with it? (coils/vcg/plugs im sure)

Ok so I just got the car home last night. Runs Great for 122k miles!

*Those are the reflections of clouds on the hood; they look like dents, lol*

I'm finally a LS owner too!!!!!

My name is Jay and I just bought my LS on July 2, 2010. It's my dream car and I love it. Runs good, but my fan is really loud already. Still, I love the car. I just wish Helmuth Schrader could have convinced the suits at FORD to have made the 2006 model an all-new 3rd generation. I don't like the MKZ or the MKS.
