have no idea what the % of tint it is because it was tinted before i bought it.
the reason its fuzzy is because i took the picture with my camera phone the lens was proably smeared. oh yeah and the inside is black to. My mufflers i orderd from lincoln motorsport should be in next week ill post more pics then.
