I finally after, oh I dunno, say 25 tries!! I came up with a real decent stable clcok that will run a full time 4.2 ghz and never go above 45c.

I have had it to 4.7 on air, fairly hot, not enough to scare me but I scrapped it because I really didnt notice a major difference from the 4.2 to the 4.7.

Not enough to keep and tweak that clock stable.
It was just too hot for me, while gaiming on COD4 MW it would see 55c plus!

I am so glad I just ponied up and got new tower. I am so glad I waited for the 64bit, NIGHT & DAY difference.

It sucks cause' I built this around 7 Months ago I guess and I just priced this out for a Build for one of my Friends and you do this tower exact but with 12gb ram for around $2100.00!!!! Nature of the beast though. It's always cheaper next week.

Cant wiat for the 2010 release of the Sandy bridge Chip. Then I will build a tower that will swallow this alive!! LOL!

WOW....problems with OCZ.....my buddy is a Beta tester for them.......They send him batches of the stuff and have him stick it in the 6 or 7 different setups he has running at the time........he has been doing this for 5 plus years.....OCZ is all we run around here......we get his leftovers real cheap......

Dunno? Never got it.

Run windows update on your own. Its not an automatic update, and it's not a cumulative update, but it works. Windows 7 pre-sell program just started yesterday.
