fog light covers

i was thinking of making some fog light covers for my ls. i work in a body shop and theres always scrap plastics/metals layin around. just wondering has anyone attempted this. if so....pics please. if not, what would u guys suggest?

I once had the bright idea of putting some yellow film around my fogs, looked kinda cool at night but hideous in the daylight hours.

well i thought about smoking them, but not too sure yet. but i was talking about finding something i can cut the fog light shape, cut a circle in the middle of, paint, and put over my fog lights. idk though. probably jst smoke em, i think itd look good with the painted lower grille.
