Foose Nitrous Rims

I'm looking to get a set of these rims in 18 x 8 size but I'm not sure what offset they are. The guys at customhookups.com said they wouldn't fit but they didn't say why. Any suggestions on how I could make them work? I think these would look amazing on the LS, especially with the look that I am going for.

Nice wheels, but 1010tires says Foose Nitrous (chrome or silver) in 18x8 are 5/115 (with a 15mm offset, but since they don't fit that hardly matters).
