Does buying these used make them any different from brand new? Like are they not as stiff or something? Sorry I am a spring newbie.

Springs usually settle a tad when they are brand new. 15k miles on a set of coil springs is very low, they are already "seated" and cheap. Can't beat that. Everything eventually wears out and loses its stiffness but on a steel coil spring that usually takes 15+ years and a few hundred thousand miles.

Okay cool thanks for the info. I wasn't sure if they actually lower the car more than the ~1" specified due to sagging. But agreed I am sure it takes tons of miles to see real effects.
