Ford technical service CD

anybody have the Ford Technical Service CD. I'm having trouble using it, it lets me into the program but that's about it i can't search it wont let me open any thing. i tried reinstalling it still doesn't work

I had the problem the other way around, the program doesn't install properly so I don't even know if the other disks work...
