Forged VT Engines '98 Cobra Short Block and MORE!

I have a few performance parts available for sale.

A fresh, unused, forged '98 VT Engines Cobra Sportsman Shortblock (teksid block); Manley H-Beam rods, standard compression forged pistons, Billet Cobra oil pump gears, with ARP crank, rod and head fasteners that was done for me by VT Engines before they went out of business. Cost was $3,649 in 2006. Pickup only in NJ.

A Brand New Vortech '98 Cobra P/N 4FK218-050SQ Satin Aftercooled Supercharger kit, complete except for the FMU and T-Rex fuel pump. Includes some extras; stainless steel oil feed line, SCT BA2400 MAF, and Spal intercooler fans. Vortech retail is $5517.95

Used Crower p/n 62822-4 4V cams.

A pair of new 'take-off' '98 Cobra "B" heads with cams.

I'm willing to make good deals, but I'm not going to give anything away, so please, no low-ball offers.

When I originally discussed this with Scott @ VT Engines in 2006, he suggested that using the forged engine with the Aftercooled Vortech SC that I was planning to use at no more than 10-12 psi, that the overall package would be more responsive using the stock compression.

So that's what I ordered.

The Vortech SC Kit is designed for the stock compression.

However, since I never put it all together in my Cobra, I don't know for sure.
