So I finally got my usb/obdII reader in and ran a scan.... where should I start?

You have a misfire on cylinder 3, and a primary ignition problem on cylinder 6. Noise from bad coils can cause ETC failsafe to trigger, though I don't see any ETC codes there at all. You need to rescan while it is actively in ETC failsafe.
Your DCCV is bad, or the wiring to it is. The fuse for it may also be blown. Electrical noise from the DCCV could also be a part of your problem.
The problem with your right rear wheel speed sensor will definitely trigger one of the ETC failsafe modes.

 
So my car currently isn't going into failsafe mode. It will bog down when I'm around 1500-2300 rpm. It runs s better when cold for some reason. I'm about to replace all coils and plugs as we speak. Will update post
