so this mark viii lost control (at HIGH speed) but didn't damage the car and
a the truck driver lost control cause over corrected
this is what I gather from there excellent reporting skills
I need to see some skid marks to see what actually happend and if indeed it was the
marks fault

Again proof ... Gen I's better than Gen II's LOL ...

Umm ok so a Gen1 Mark VIII has never lost control of the car why?

Because they can see better in the dark? Can't be that.

Because they have a different intake manifold? Doubt it.

Because they don't have a bunny nose and plumber's butt? Pffffffffft.

That poor gentleman was late to play his new game. And know the first gens [as long as they still have airride] don't lose control because clearly by our taste choices are more intelligent.:D And I can see great at night with my garage kept 60,000 mile 1995 first gen.:D:D Did I mention the technilogically ingenious intake, No, sorry, search on that one.:p:D:D And who could forget that beautifully sculpted rear, and the chiseled nose piece. ;););) I'm just sayin.

the tractor trailer probably tried to race the Mark VIII and lost control (after the Mark dust the heck out of the tractor) and crashed and tried to blame the Mark VIII driver
