Any thoughts on being able to get out of jail with enough money?

the fact the she is being put in jail for driving on a suspended license is a Joke

and a child molester got 60 days for messing up a kid for life (in Vermont)
Tells me the We need a clean house on our judges .

For a DUI, then pulled over again for a DUI. Sorry but thats not a joke to me. She deserves to be in jail and not some pansy ass place like Promises where Britney Spears went. All these punk bitch noveau dinero kids need to be smacked. I'd love to see the LAPD just go undercover and start catching all these kids with hard evidence of their coke snorting and underage drinking and just toss them all in jail like they would any other person.

And no :q:q:q:q that we need to clean the house on our judges. Our whole countries judicial system is flawed. This whole :q:q:q:qing country is flawed.

Whitmore declined to discuss her condition. But celebrity Web site TMZ.com cited law enforcement sources as saying that Hilton suffers panic attacks when confined to a small space.

Hilton originally was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating probation in a drunken-driving case by driving on a suspended license. But her term was cut to 23 days under a standard credit applied for time served on good behavior.

A Los Angeles Times analysis found that 80 percent of Los Angeles County inmates sentenced for similar offenses since July 2002 have served less time than Hilton will end up doing. She already has served more time than at least 60 percent of those prisoners

So what, illegal is illegal. So far everyone in the california judicial system except that retarded chief or whoever who let her out agress. other wise their good ol family freind arnold would've pardoned her too. And using claustrophobia as a reason to get out? I'm sure no one thrown in a 5x9 cell for 23 hours a day get claustrophobia!
 
she should be jailed for being a cheapskate, she has the luxury of being able to afford a full time driver-but nooooo she figures its alright to drive on a suspended license while drunk-let her serve the full sentance!!!!!

I could not agree more.

Do the crime and do the time.

I was also convicted of driving with a suspended license after a DWI. The cops were all very nice and didn't tow my baby nor arrest me that night. But I did serve jail time. In AR the penalty is 10 days in county jail for that offence. I was able to do it on weekends so I would not miss work.

Speaking from experience ....That will NOT happen again!
