Front End Noise - Help Please

I have a horrible noise coming out of the front end of my Conti. it only happens when I am stationary and I am turning the wheel such as pulling to my parking spot, Putting the car into Reverse and turning the wheel the opposite direction. There is always a loud thud and it seems to be getting worst. I have tried to find what it is but no luck.

Car has new Inner and Outter Tie Rods, Ball Joints and Stabilizer Link Bars but I can't positively say that one of these are not making the noise.

Any suggestions or previous experience?

Noise is coming from rack, one way or another. Can't feel it move from the bolts underneath but I could feel the clunk on top of rack. Is rack bad or could it be something else?

Not much to go on here, but start with basics - lug nuts tight 100 ft lbs. All the new parts are tight? If sound is getting worse, maybe something is coming undone?

Today I unbolted the rack and shook it then tightened it all up. Noise is gone, I love my Lincoln Again!
