Front Tag

What's up Everyone!

Got this New 2006 Lincoln LS a couple of weeks ago (looks identical to the pictures of the white LS posted below in an earlier thread) and I want to remove the front dealer tag from my bumper but I want to plug the holes that will be left when I remove the tag. Where can I find plugs that will fill these holes and can I find color matching plugs that will match nicely and where can I get them? Any advice or help would be appreciated.

go to a hardware store that sells hole plugs similar to this

Some come colored, otherwise you will get some plastic hobby spray paint to match them to your car. Did this on my old 04 bumper and they were pretty much un-noticable from a short distance.

What color is your new car? Ceramic White?

FYI, I just completed a project this weekend filling my plate holes. I modeled my plugs off of the stuff sold by bumperplugs.com (www.bumperplugs.com). I used small plastic automotive panel fasteners (25 cents each at the local hardware store) and painted the tops with touchup paint and clearcoat. They look exactly like the stuff sold at bumperplugs.com, but they fit without having to redrill the holes, and the color matches perfectly.

can't wait to get them in and that damn tag off, lol
