Is there any kind of tool to remove the front wheel hub? The bearings went bad and I'm trying to remove it. I have beat on but it hasn't budged. Autozone said there is no tool available. A tool is made for every job; there has to be something available. Any ideas or suggestions would be most appreciative.

Post 25 or 29. Used some bolts, nuts, and washers to install into hub and create a press. I didn't have to do this on mine when replacing ball joints due to having 55k on the clock, but the others who did it seemed to have great results. And they can be had at any hardware store

Others have used hack saw/chisel to break the outter most corrosion and used PB Blaster and hammers, heat etc to get it out. I'd go with the bolts though

I was just reading about the press method with the bolts. I will give this a try. Just thought there might be a special tool to use on jobs like this, as I assume mechanics don't use the bolt method but have a tool for the job. Thanks

GOT IT! I used the bolt method. Worked great. Just took a little while but well worth it. Thanks for the tip!

If it were me while I had the hub out I'd replace the lower ball joint. Cost me
$30 to have the ball joint and hub pressed out and new ball joint pressed in.
