The time has come to sell my 93 Lincoln Mark VIII.

I've put only 2000 miles on it after a year of ownership. I dunno if I'd be happier selling it but it's a beast. 32v 4.6L V8 that gets 27mpg on the highway and makes 300hp.

I've put nearly 3 grand into the thing... 129k on it right now. Has traction control, ABS, leather, Auto climate control, lots of other goodies,

Mods:
LMS Chip
99 4R70w Trans with a shift kit (only 22k on the trans itself)
Art Carr 3000 stall torque converter
1.25" lower Tokico custom coil conversion kit (no more air ride)
1 3/8" Solid rear sway bar
Intake
2.5" True Dual exhaust (not installed yet)
Kenwood HD radio with 6x8 RF speakers

Maintenance (since last year):
New water pump
New radiator
New Coolant hoses
New Thermostat
New upper and lower control arms
New strut rod bushings
Refurb'd alternator
New plugs and wires
New fuel filter
New serp belt
New serp belt tensioner
New O2 sensors
NEW trunk lock cover!!!

I'm probably forgetting a TON of stuff. I really love driving this car but the bills are piling up and I hardly drive it anymore.

This thing handles EXCELLENT and it's pretty darn quick! It does need a trans shift solenoid but I will install one before the sale of the car. It takes a little time to jump into overdrive, and it's not a mechanical problem with the transmission.

$2200 for the car - This does not include the wheels pictured on the car, but they are available.

I am located in Ames, IA

forgot to tention I'm putting on new brake pads too. Oh, and it will be sold with the stock sway bar - the 1 3/8 bar broke one of the retainers out back!

Why not have 2 red ones? I've been putting interested parties (locally) off from seeing it while I get'r all cleaned up and a few loose ends tied up.

Still for sale - yeah the 99 trans bolted in, but you need to repin the harness.

I'm going out to take more pics...

Geting some center caps and a new shift solenoid this week!

Jaguar wheels have been SOLD - car comes with snowflakes!

Just had all 4 wheels aligned and new tie rods put on - $340 (ouch!!)

OK I feel like a dick but I now want $2300 for the car. The Jag wheels cost $180 to ship (there goes any profit i had...) and the alignment + tie rods was $340. Plus the new Ford OEM shift solenoid going in...

Still FS - $2000

That's the lowest I will go. Might consider trades...

Hey, how much would you like for the rims? Are they 8.5" wide all around?

I would definitely buy those, in about a month or two.

Asking you was easier than going through all your posts :D

Sorry..

no problem, I'm guilty of it too! And at 54lbs each I basically gave those jag wheels away!

Update:

I'm putting on a rudimentary exhaust so it;s not intrusive into the cabin. I will include 2 summit turbo mufflers, 2 x-pipes, and 2 chrome tips with the sale.
