Hey guys,
I'm doing it for real this time, I'm selling my 96 LSC headlight housings. I don't need to sell them, kind of don't want to, however I have my heart set on a gift for my wife and need to sell these so I can buy her gift.
Condition : 9 when cleaned up, currently an 8.
These are original housings, so they are 15 years old, they aren't NOS lights.
Price : $320.00 OBO Shipped I will accept PayPal only, first person to arrange payment gets them.
Right now, these lights need a quick restore. I took them off the car only because I came across a mint pair of halogen housings and didn't want to risk hurting my 96 housings. The housings are great, but last time I restored them, I sprayed them with clear coat to protect them, however the clear coat yellowed and bug guts hurt the CC a little. I began restoring one of the lights and sanded all of the CC off, wet sanded them, then polished by hand. The LH light is all sanded and mostly buffed, but could just use a quick hit with a buffer. The RH light is just how I took it off the car. I will sand and buff the other light for you of you want, but I don't have a power buffer here to really give them a final shine, it would look like the one pictured below.
In this picture, you can see a small chip in the chrome on the low beam reflector, other than that, it's mint.
The other housing is at home a the moment, but looks just like the one pictured, minus the chip in the chrome.
