As the title states. 97 heads, with 128,000 miles. Good shape, still on the car, run smooth. Would like to do 275 shipped. Superchips chip, came out of an 01 f150, single tune, can be reprogrammed to your computer , as confirmed with Dallas Mustang, 75 shipped. 80mm maf adapter, to allow for an open element filter, brand new in box 35 shipped.

What motor was in the F-150? I have a 5.4. What does a new tune cost?

It was the 4.2 Essex. Should be no more then a hundred, to get it re-tuned to your computer, since you would already have a chip.

From what I can tell on their website, a 4.2 tuner won't work on a 5.4.

This isn't a handheld tuner, just a chip. So, I don't see a problem, in sending it off, or finding a local tuner, to erase the current tune, re-program it for your 5.4 computer catch code, and just stick it in the back of your current pcm.

Just get an xcal3 and it will be good for 98 and the F1
