Either im overlooking something, or there is just nothing out there...but are there pictures for replacing my fuel filter, or will it just be obvious once i peal back the inner fender?

It will be obvious - Passenger side front wheel well behind the liner on the left of the wheel

yeah, don't forget to go buy the stupid f-ing tool that nobody told me about until after I had the car up on jacks and wheel pulled off!

Don't forget to shut down your fuel pump beforehand and place a small bucket to catch the drips.

You'll need the spring lock removers to get it off.

Mike

Cut off the filter with a hack saw (about halfway from the canister to the clamp. This will leave a little 'meat' to slip the cap on). Then take the cap off of a highlighter marker and wedge it in to push back the prongs. Put a vise grip on the marker cap so it pinches down on the fuel tube you just cut off and pull. Wala. Cheap tool.

Not too much gas comes out. When you cut the tube off the filter, make sure you put a cup under to catch the gas so you can see all the little particles that were clogging up the filter. Then try to blow thru the old one vs the new one. You'll be amazed at the difference. And your car will run better for sure.
