Fuel gauge problem???

All,
I had the fuel pump replaced on my 94 Mark and now the gauge is not reading right?? Do I have to pull the fuel pump to get it to callibrate it right or is it something else????

Sounds like they weren't careful with the fuel sending unit when they R&R'd the pump. Prolly bent the float arm a bit.
