there is a schrader valve in the middle of the driver's side rail. The car (like most modern Fords)is looking for 40psi at the injector nozzle - so if the car is idling, it should pull about 18hg vacuum (-9psi) so look for roughly 30psi at the rail.
Replacing the injectors - once you disconnect the fuel line (using a 1/2" ford disconnect tool) and clear enough out of your way - each rail is held down with a bolt at each end.
