did some searching and i didnt find any thing like this .
thanks

Could be oil in your spark plug area.
Did you test fuel pressure under load.
Clogged cats.
there are more thing not coming to mind right now but others will speek up.
I uaed a focus zx3/svt pump.

Defiantly test the fuel rail for the pressure test min. 32lbs. at idle and 42lbs. at slight acceleration. A local Autozone should have a fuel pressure test kit to connect to the drivers side fuel rail shader valve. Multitude of things can be the causing odd no get up and go. The passenger side fuel rail has the fuel regulators, stuck secondary butterflies on the IMRCs', clogged exhaust cats, small pinhole air leak in the fuel inbound line, "clogged fuel filter" located behind and under the plastic cover inside the wheel well.
First step test fuel rail pressure and replace the fuel filter and test pressure again.

As slowmarkviii said, check your boots and spark plugs first.

if it was spark plugs or boots wouldnt it more or less back fire ? it seems like the fuel pump is completely shutting down or the fuel filter is plugged and there is no fuel at all then it all comes back runs great till you open it up again

The fuel filter is a general maintenance part and under $15, its a good start while also doing a fuel rail pressure test while digging up other ideas for the cause of the trouble
