I have a rear neon from a base gen 2 for sale. I am not sure if the ballast is good. I never tested it. The lenses is in good shape with no mold or anything. The Chrome is good with only a tiny bit of pitting on the bottom (barely noticeable from ten feet). I am selling it for $125.00.
