Gen I, Need Help Identifying a PCV Component

On my '02 LS v6 I pulled off my intake manifold and the lower intake and there is an elbow which connects to the manifold, and is connected to a little box which is bolted between the manifold ports. Attached is a picture, any idea what it is? Should I replace any parts of it since I already have it all open?

the PCV valve screws into that box, I would get a PCV valve and put it in while you are that far in.

yes, since you already have it apart, replacing it is kinda a no brainer...

Anyone have p/n's for replacing the elbow and pcv?

The elbow has been listed as: YL8Z-6767-AA or maybe 3w4z-6767-ca

Thanks guys. I will replace that hose and the funky looking PVC valve. My auto zone would have the pvc but I'm betting not the hose.
