Can you remove the Gen2 grille by just removing the panel underneath the bumper?

good luck, its a 3 minute job to pull the bumper why make it harder on yourself!

well even with a stubby, the bumper cover slides over the steel inner core and the foam so getting to the screws is gonna be damn near impossible, just take the bumper cover off.

that panel will remain in place... just remove the four nuts holding the grille to the panel while removing the bumper cover
