Before the knee-jerk responses from people who don't even click the link or watch the videos.
He's not necessarily predicting these things but discussing what do you do IF it happens because they could. And the people surrounding him aren't kooks either, which makes it all much more troubling and alarming.
It's also worth reviewing everything thing Peter Schiff has been saying for the past few years. Fossten likely is familiar with him.

In all fairness, Beck probably believes civil war is on its way. He utters disclaimers, but come on. If it walks like a duck, has feathers, and quacks...

I really think he deserves a more nuanced description than that. He's not a guy, like Alex Jones, who believes has been calling for revolution for a decade. He thinks that civil disorder is a highly possible outcome IF things move along a certain path, but he doesn't arrive at that conclusion easily or eagerly. Again, in contrast to a conspiracy/Alex Jones type. He also doesn't star at civil unrest and then move back, making the situation find his desired out come.
But most of all, he's terrified of what might come, not eagerly embracing it and selling MRE chotchkies since 1982.
