Trying to remove the glove box on my '04 LS and having difficulty seeing what's holding the door in place so I could lower it to get at the 3 bottom screws for removal. I removed the side panel by the door and could see the stop arms and "released" them (from a guide I think as I couldn't see) by pushing outward on them. i could not see an "assist cable" attached to them that had to be released though. This was last night as light was fading at dusk so going to revisit now.

Is there a trick to this? The instructions in deneau.com doesn't have the step for the glove box door arms.

I knew you could, sometimes you just have to say, I know I can, I know I can, I know I can, three times fast.

For me it's usually "This is impossible. I've been trying for an hour. I can't do it. I need help. I'm admitting defeat and asking for help or posting online for help"

"Never mind, got it"

Ha ha yeah - the rain kept re-starting and I'd have to close the doors and run back inside so just wanted to get it over with.

oh yeah, same rain I spread three Scotts' Premium seed bags on the property for.
+1 on the rain.
