Going to murder UPS

They screwed up twice on me today. Never delivered a memory chip for my computer when I was blatantly home and claimed they delivered it. Charged me 73 dollars to send a weed sprayer to pektel, didn't realize how much they charged me until I got home I was in a rush. AH. Just needed to vent. They say I have to contact the company I purchased the chip from so they can start an investigation. I was under the impression that it was their responsibility as soon as they got paid to deliver it. Silly me.

I go with USPS for everything I can... I've been happy so far.

Call them up. They'll more than likely fire the driver because this time of the year they scan all the packages right when they start. to bypass scanning them every time.

i wont get into it about these idiots, we shipped a bumper to a fellow member here for a car they had in their body shop and they split the bumper to the point of turning it into trash, they charged us shipping, then charged us another $167 on top of the first charge, and they delivered it back to my house in even worse condition. shipped over 100 bumpers in the last few years through DHL and not a lick of damage ever.

My mom had a $400 camera that she had ordered from QVC come up missing off the front door step because UPS just set it there when we weren't home. Thankfully, QVC sent my mom another one so she didn't have to deal with UPS.

Yea... I did that a lot when i worked there. But anything small like that i always tried to put inside the door. Did you call ups? They probably woulda done something
