So I'm evicting my roommate this week since she has failed to pay rent in a timely mannor 3 times in a row, has stunk up the apartment, made her room a mess and carpets might have to be replaced. I even found her crack-pipes and pipes for snorting cocaine!!!!

wtf. I'd give her the boot too. You can get in big trouble for having that crap on your premises I'm sure. Even if it isn't technically your's.

And yeah, if shes not hawt or is hawt but dont put out then its time to evict.

You can NEVER trust someone on meth or crack.
 
she's an filipino woman she's like 40 and has a 16yr old. Daughter is cute but mom is fugly.

she's also unemployed and living off foodstamps btw, she lied about what she did for work so she can get into the apartmrnt asap. She's previously evicted as well so her credit is shot.

Did I also mention the she had someone over who used my gilette fusion and my shaving cream (my new one, not my ALREADY OPENED one) and left their thick pubes in the razer blades? I had to run it over water and pry them out with a q-tip. I threw it away as well but those things are like 5 bucks a piece here :p
 
funny thing is i f*cked her sister that came over to collect some stuff :p now that chick is hot :p

I knew she was sketchy but I couldn't prove it. To me ALL asians are just weird is some manner. Plus she smokes cigarettes..I thought it was just her trying to go cold turkey on em. Now I know for sure she's a deadbeat junkie. She hasn't even come back in over 2weeks, makes me think she got picked up tryin to buy some dope :p
 
So an update. Got rid of all her stuff now if I can just get someone who can stand living with me as a roommate for 500 per month for masterbedroom/bathroom/all utilities in redmond, wa :p

I also found out from her ex sis in law that she may have fled to Colorado (Jean Eusoof Fernandez to whose who are living in CO) since she's wanted, has suspended license, can't recieve unemployment no more, and has a drug/gambling problem :p so if any of you CO ppl see her...do the world a favor and run her over, I'll get the shovel to pick up the mess.


Funny enough there were men's clothes in her hamper when I was tossing her stuff out...so musta been true that whomever used my shaver/shaving cream must have been a guy :/

That sucks that your out a roomate, not that she was paying anyway. I noticed that alot in Korea. When their younger, 18-28 they look really good, I didn't meet one Asian over 30 that I would even think about messing with. Since you were throwing her crap out, hopefully you found something worth selling to recoup what you'd lost in rent.
