Tell us Joey, what crime has Tom DeLay been found guilty of?

I'll second that request- can you even tell us a single "crime" he committed (other than, apparently, being a Republican)

I thought all us conservatives were criminals

Hey - I didnt make the graphic -
Give me a break! You obviously condon it. You even said it would make "a great fathers day gift." So, come on Joey, at least have the guts to admit when your republican bashing.

Well, he is under indictment for Money Laundering - or did you forget.

Convicted? No, not yet. But there is probable cause to believe a crime has been committed and that DeLay committed that crime.

SO, lets not pretent DeLay is some boy scout.

So your view is that since DeLay has been indicted that automatically means he’s done something wrong? The charges against DeLay have been pending for over a year and there’s no indication that Patrick Fitzgerald wants to proceed with a case. It appears that DeLay is being Knifonged by Fitztgerald. Consequently, I trust Fitzgerald will eventually be forced to resign due to prosecutorial misconduct and that he will also be charged with ethics violations and ultimately disbarred.

No, not only is there not a reasonable probable cause, there is no specific law that was violated. These "charges" were completely politic, by charging him for any crime, due to REPUBLICAN rules (Democrats don't have this standard), all congressmen that were charged with a crime were required to step down from their leadership positions. This political ploy, exploiting politically opportunistic prosecutor, was clearly designed to force an effective House Majority Leader out of power and to help perpetuate the ridiculous "culture of corruption" marketing campaign the Democrats used to mislead the public in 2006.

By the way, that indictment was about TWO YEARS AGO. Any movement on it yet? Nope.
