Hard start 01 ls v8

Any help would be great, I have an 01 Ls v8 and just got it out of the shop. Replaced #7 coil and ran injector test and fuel pressure test all were a OK. When the car is warmed up it starts like its running way rich, cranks easy but when starts up it smells like gas and idles rough and low for a while. If anyone know what to look for please help, she is my daily driver.
 
There are several possibilities. I'd say that these are the two most common:
1. Leaky fuel injector(s). If you let it sit for a couple of days, does it start and run without the rough, low idle (may still take a while to start)?
2. Marginal COPs. You replaced one COP (hope you replaced the spark plug too), experience has taught that it is usually best to go ahead and replace all of COP and all of the spark plugs at the same time. It is important to verify that the gaps on the new spark plugs are truly at 1mm.
 
It will start fine after sitting for most of one day, and I replaced the plugs about 3 months ago with motor craft plugs I have also replaced the #3 and #5 coils within the last 5 months it started this shortly after replacing the second coil.

also be 100% sure the connectors on the coils clicked into place firmly.
~ don't run uneven plugs or coils, for best results all should be same, new and OEM.

Rich fuel smell possibly means you are still misfiring.
 
Is there an upgraded injector I can get for her, I think I'll just go through and replace all injectors and coils and plugs.
