Has anyone used this before??

Wow, that looks cool. But why don't you just get one of those chips off of Ebay instead? I love my PCD Performance Chip so much that I installed 2.
 
i put on a "cold" air intake. Reduced the air temps by 40 degrees as it headed into the throttle body. That's why they call them "cold" air intakes.
 
OK so call me stupid, but where exactly does this "hook up" and how can u get a custom tune? I read it comes preloaded with "tunes." So from what I understand, you hook this up to your car, press some buttons, and it'll automatically adjust some of the settings and such for better throttle response, shift times, etc.?? Any info is appreciated.
 
Like I said, I know what it does but I don't know all the details - which is why I asked... Clever responses gentlemen.
 
It plugs into the OBDII port. The same place you plug in a scanner to see what the CEL code is.
 
Thanks Pektel - someone is helpful. I figured since the thread was started I might as well ask here...didn't think it was that big of a deal. And yes, I am familiar with search...sorry to annoy you so much by asking a question you could simply ignore.

It comes with pre loaded tunes, but if you buy it from Torrie at fast parts network he will load it with his custom tunes which include Performance, Aggressive & Conservative or something like that (I think:confused:).

well maybe if you the guide to the ls...which is like the 2nd post...you def wudnt b asking those questions, since it basically cover all the sh*t u just asked...

Actually your "guide" doesn't cover the question(s) I asked (where it plugs in to)...so no it doesn't cover "all the sh*t"...so I'm glad I asked.

If someone asking a simple, albeit perhaps redundant, question upsets you this much, I feel really sorry for you.
 
STICKERS-get 20 of them and each will be worth 5rwhp. That should be what you're looking for.

Blah blah blah, take the d!ck outta your mouth. Its quite obvious as to where something of this nature would plug into, either A) The ECM, or B) An OBD port of some sort. Its not like you can upload a tune via cigarette lighter.. I got some extra common sense for sale if you want, it comes in the "slap upside the head" form.
