headlights

hello everybody, i am currently taking apart my front headlights on my 2000 lincoln ls....i went to a site that gave me instructions on how to take apart a headlight that had grey glue, however, one of my headlights has black glue and is a pain to pull apart. i am wondering how to take the headlight apart becasue i want to remove the amber lenses....help wll be appreciated!:runaway:
