Have fun reading and then weeping how this administration is going to steal from you, your kids and your grandkids

Title:
‘‘Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act’’.

BULL:q:q:q:q TITLE... outcome will be the exact opposite

QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE FOR ALL AMERICANS

More B.S. - everybody that can pay WILL pay more (or go to jail) so everyone else (democrat voters) can get a free ride. Isn't America great?

THat's why I'm focusing on paying off my debt then flee to another country that will be sustainable and tollerable such as south america or europe (the non-industrialized parts)

By the time Obama leaves office, we'll be $15 Trillion in debt, with a resident population of 308 million; that means you'll owe $48,701.30.

Please leave a certified check in the amount of $48,701.30 at your local taxing authority before leaving. Thank You. Signed - Uncle Sam

oh get real. next republican will just go conquer saudi arabia and steal all their wealth. problem solved.

So, you think we should support the health care bill so long as we invade and steal the wealth of other countries.

Would you recommend we invade Canada for it's natural resources first to pay off the $12T in debt we current acknowledge first?

Never mind the blatant unconstitutional nature of the bill, the fact that it will profoundly undermine the economy, and the invasionart nature of it destroying personal freedom and individual liberty....

ObamaCare fails on all levels.
It is an outrage that the Democrat party is going to shackle the country with this unpopular bill, unconstitutional, bill.

Not trying to pick a fight but I'm actually curious where it's unconstitutional?

Where does the federal government get the power to force us to buy health insurance? Force with the threat of heavy fines and jail time.

There are many areas, the biggest being the individual mandate that Cal mentioned. However, your question is misleading (unintentionally, I am sure). The burden of proof is not on those claiming this is unconstitutional to prove it, it is on those crafting, voting on and supporting this bill to prove that it is constitutional. All they have been able to do is avoid the question, which tells you that in passing this bill they would be trashing the constitution. Anyone who votes for this is showing that they do not view the constitution as a limit on their power, at which point they should be removed from office.

That's not how the SCOTUS will see it. The Fed is so powerful that Constitutionality doesn't even matter. Look at the brazen corruption of Harry Reid buying Mary Landrieu's vote for $100 million, right out in the open. You think the gov cares what we think or what the law says anymore?

Thanks for the explanation, that all makes sense.
