Why in the hell did ford make it so hard to replace the heater cores on many of their cars? I've had to replace the heater cores on my 1987 T-Bird Turbo Coupe and my 1983 Mustang GT both were PAIN IN THE ASS all day long jobs, And after salvaging a 1993 Mark VIII and removing the entire dash to the firewall, Mark VIII's look like just as big a PAIN maybe even worse! I'm just not looking forward to the day when I have to replace mine in my Mark. It's got 134,000 miles,no sign of problems yet,has anybody had to do their's yet? Thanks JC...

Nope, not yet. I've got over 135K.

Let's not borrow trouble, ok? These things give us enough as it is.
