help me get my parts car running

when I turn the key to accessory nothing happens (no lights, no fuel pump priming) but a click sound, nothing on the dash lights up but the fuel gauge does move. The theft light doesn't seem to come on either.

All of the major grounds and power wires seem to be intact, is this just a weird theft system thing?

Sounds like a dead battery to me. But I assume you checked that?

re the battery terminals are tight and not corroded.

I was told the battery was new, I only tested it for 12v.. I should have known better.

I swapped my battery into it and everything operates as it should, the starter even clicks now but it doesn't even try to turn over. I've banged on the started to no avail. I'll see if I can turn the motor with a wrench and if it turns I'll swap starters and hope for the best.

I can't say for certain, but it sounds like similar symptoms as my 97 when the starter failed.
