Why are you asking about your "fuel system?" All that looks reasonable enough. Your code is for EGR flow. It's not uncommon for the plastic of the EGR valve assembly to crack and cause problems. Aftermarket EGR valves don't seem of work on the LS, so I strongly recommend you get the Motorcraft one. I also recommend that you get the $16 tube assembly that connects to the EGR, fuel pressure sender, and intake. The one you have will crack when you try to disconnect it from the existing EGR valve.

In the first pic that's normal for fuel system 1 and fuel system 2?

Yes, closed loop is correct and good. The LS PCM treats both banks of fuel injectors as one system, so there's no fuel system 2 to read.
