ok so I've taking off these intakes like 6-7 times already.. and everytime I do the coolant crossover tube gets harder and harder to get back on. is there a trick to getting this pos back on? its driving me nuts. the right side o-ring was broken and leaking so I replaced both with the same o-rings and now the left side is leaking and the right is perfect.. wtf gives? this design is so stupid.

I should also add that I've tried to take it back out and put it back on like 5 times already and its not sealing.

Are you lubricating the O-rings before you re-install them? I have always used a decent ammount of Di-Electric grease smeared all over the o-ring as well as the bottom portion of the tube, and never had a problem. I replace the o-rings anytime I pull it apart as the cost is negligible compared to a coolant leak.
