Or....... You can right click the image and then click edit, it takes you to microsoft paint. Then you click image and skretch and skew, Then you put can put 50 in the top 2 boxes. It will resize your image to 50% of what it was before. If you only want to slightly downsize it try putting higher numbers in the 2 top boxes.
