Im putting the conversion kit in my car, anyone know what you do to get the check suspension message to go away.

There's a wire somewhere that you have to snip, but I don't know which one. Wait for someone who has done it to chime in, or try to contact the company you bought it from. They should know.

Directions from Eddie's page.

TURN OUT THE "CHECK SUSPENSION" MESSAGE

First of all, turn the suspension switch OFF in the trunk.

(This switch is on the drivers side in the trunk)

Remove glove compartment and locate the air suspension module.

NOTE: Looking inside where the glovebox used to be, the suspension module will be the farthest away from you and is mounted on the sidewall toward the front of the vehicle. It will be black in color and has 2 connectors plugging into it. If my memory serves me right, one connector is grey and the other one is black.

Locate and cut the DARK GREEN wire with the LIGHT GREEN stripe or "tracer". This will be the wire to cut on most models.

NOTE:

You can also remove the RH kick panel if you have trouble getting access to the wiring bundle.

Tape ANY and ALL wires to prevent a short circuit!

Leave the module connected and turn the suspension switch ON in the trunk.

NOTE:

Some people have been known to disconnect the connectors going to the module.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS!

The air suspension module controls more than just the air suspension. It also handles the EVO, or "Electronic Variable Orifice" for the steering.

After a coil spring conversion has been done, which wire do you cut to turn out the check susp. light?

Don't worry. Your not the first one to experience this problem. With all that spagetti in there, its kinda tricky at first.

The first thing you need to do, is to locate the correct module. The Air Suspension Module has 2 connectors plugged into it. One is black and the other is Gray. The connector you want to unplug, is the gray one.

After you unplug the gray connector, look for the Dark Green with a Light green stripe.

The wire your looking for is between the Brown with a Pink tracer wire and the Orange with a Light Blue stripe.

(The wire your looking for is the #12 in the connector and circuit #419)

What I did was go with the passengers side kick panel and found the Dark Green Wire with the Light Green Stripe. It's on the Black wire harness. On my 94 it was in the furthest corner on the side facing the frame of the car. On my 93 it's was in the closest corner on the side facing the frame of the car.

Pull the GRAY connector from the Air suspension computer.

Hold the harness in a way that you are looking at the connector pins (wires pointed away from you) and the locking-clip is at the top. Look at the bottom row of pins.

The pin/hole you are looking for is the second one from the right. If you look at the wire that is connected to that particular pin, you should see that it's a DG/LG colored wire. Cut that wire a few inches away from the harness (since you might want to put it back one day) and tape off the ends.

I disconnected the black connector from the module. I'm not sure whether or not it affected the steering (electronic variable orifice sounds like speed sensitive steering - well when I went to see what the speed limiter was I had no problem with it being too sensitive.) So I don't particularly care.

When I did this it turned my air bags off. (not the air ride air bags)....

What we need it a picture of where to cut... I know the wire color will not show up too good... I had a hard enough time trying to find the right colored wire as a few are very close...

When I disconnected some other connector, my airbag (SIR) light was flashing, when I disconnected the black one the light is off. I assume they are working...
