Hey guys looking for some part names

Hey guys so I'm having problems with my heat and flushed out heater core replaced DCCV and still nothing ...anyways I'm trying to find the name of the part on my V6 that connects the radiator hoses to the thermostat and also connects to the DCCV as well as the intake I believe its a T type plastic piece...also trying to find the wire assembly that comes off the DCCV ...any help is greatly appreciated guys!

So i got the radiator hose now i was hoping i could just buy the plastic piece that the hoses connect to 2003-2006 Lincoln LS Radiator Hose - Motorcraft KM-4741 - Upper - PartsGeek.com but this is all io can find......still not sure about the wire assembly that comes off of the dccv
